1. When I open shop and buy an item, first click and sometimes even second one doesn't register. I'm fairly quick with shopping and at this point it became sort of muscle memory, and after click doesn't register I have to go back to shop and click item again, effectively making me lose time on lane.
2. Floating creeps. At one point it was funny (ok i'm lying it's still funny) but buggers keep floating off, I usually try to get them before they despawn into oblivion, but it is annoying at times. Sometimes they get stuck in the wall before first guardians and will just sit there stuck. Sometimes I would notice them getting stuck on the laylines too. They sometimes walk back the lane before going forward again. Not sure who's more confused at this point, me or creeps.
3. Vindicta's crow is confusing me. Sometimes it bounces properly and sometimes when I throw it at jungle camp it doesn't bounce on the rest of the creeps, and this happens with T1 upgrade.
4. Maybe biggest peeve of mine I've noticed when I play Shiv is that his M2 becomes legit jammed after I melee and/or dash. Amount of times I've missed a kill because of this is kinda annoying, delay that happens is sometimes really enough for enemy to run away or move out of my trajectory before M2 unbugs.
That's my tiny list of bugs I've noticed that happen on consistent basis while I play.
