After Haze leaves invisibility and it was off cooldown it'll be on cooldown again.

How to replicate:

1) Use smoke bomb (Haze 2)
2) Wait for smoke bomb cooldown to end
3) Shoot or use item (waiting for smoke bomb buff to end doesn't seem to cause this bug)

smoke bomb will be on cooldown again

I don't know how this is bugged when other duration-based abilities work fine. It gimps you if you invest into cooldown and duration since if you engage after the cooldown finishes, you've now broken stealth with your escape unavailable.
