I often notice affliction not hitting people when it should. It very often seems to be blocked by players in front of other players or even a trooper standing in front of someone, regardless of whether you're in front of them or above.
This is by far the worst example of it, where it didn't hit Wraith despite nothing between us and her being well within its range, and her not having something like debuff remover. The only thing I can think of is the tiny lip of the platform under the patron blocking it, but that really shouldn't be enough.
