It is less a thing I would use, and more a cool thing that could be implement. You know how there are those fighter game scenes were a person blocks 15 attacks on a row, and it is super epic? What about something like that?
The main idea would be to have three new items. One would be relatively low level, and would allow to parries to also block gunfire and maybe some basic abilities, a middle of the road level item that would drasticaly reduce cooldown, and a high tier item that would only let ultimates and a small number of abilities affect the character in the case of a parry. It could be very infuriating to go against, so maybe it could have things like extra cost, being only above tier 3 or not having that stun effect, but i think the cool effects and skill level increase would be interesting for the game. And if it is not, it is just some items that can easly be taken out from the store
