Add build language filter asap

After recent update, that changed the build relevancy, I keep getting TONS of chinese/spanish hero builds. Basically, builds in languages that nor native to me, nor I can understand at all. It would be more fitting to add build language setting/filter so I can at least see what idea a person have behind the build or at least understand it's name to navigate through builds faster
