inspired by [dota 2] faceless void innate
core idea is: stun enemy & charge up weapon attack (by increasing fire rate) => burst damage
forces reload after use on top of cooldown
short hold gives smoll safe burst, longer one gives more damage but makes more vulnerable

probably it should have some visual/audio warning, fire rate increase could be cubic instead of linear
