Abrams Ulti doesnt stun in certain conditions

There's a certain angle at which Abrams will drag flying character but wouldnt stun them.

Yep, most of the time stun happens(and Abrams have a voicelines if he interrupts someones ulti), but it seems like if character is in air and Abrams flies in ulti at certain angle, he will just drag opponent without a stun
