I could not replicate this in the sandbox mode but I have had this happen to me in 2 instances before. I do have a match ID (53217679)
Here is footage of that replay, it seems that when Abrams ults at the top of the blue line above the patron he teleports closer to the ground at the apex of the ult. This is very disorentating and essentially causes abrams to teleport closer to the ground and ruins the ult.
