maybe this has to do with rem using his sleep move on me while I ult? Or bad level geometry? not sure.
I would take a close look at what the Rem does as I am doing the Ult.
Seemingly the only way to get out of there was to get killed by players who see you near midboss in the Subway area. Maybe a one way door would be nice to get out of the tunnles in case of bugs like this.
