Playing as Abrams, I had 2 instances where I shoulder charged an enemy, did not stun them, and after the shoulder charge finished, the enemy I touched with shoulder charge was stuck in a flailing animation (like being carried by shoulder charge or pulled by dynamo ult). The similarity between the two is I didn't touch them with shoulder charge until the very end of the ability (tipper you would say). Enemies stunned were Ivy and then Haze in a separate instance. Had the same issue in a game of my own; with me it seemed to happen as the charge was almost over and I slammed into something with a player in tow. After that, they would be in orbit around my fist.

likewise, match id 26878766. Guy in my game had it figured out completely. every time he'd do it, his target would get stuck to him, and he'd just walk them back into guardian or walker. fortunately he also really sucked and we crushed them in 17min
