I've noticed that sometimes Abrams' charge ability doesn't take people or creeps with him. This is almost sure to happen when you cast the ability near someone even if the target is right in front of you. If not a bug then I would like to suggest that this should not happen. I imagine the skill to be just like Magnus' in DOTA2. Right now, it doesn't feel that way. Maybe move the origin of the radial cone for the skewer effect to somewhere behind him or increase the radius?
