Abrams Charge Didn't Let Go After Ending

Only way I can explain this is that I was caught near the very end of an Abrams charge, and when the actual charge end I was still "stunned" and attached to the front of Abrams' model. I couldn't use any inputs and my player model followed Abrams model and line of sight.
