Abrams bugged voice line

Currently if you ping siphon life as ready Abrams will use the voice line for shoulder charge is ready. At the same time if you ping shoulder charge ready he uses the siphon life is ready voice line.

I am not sure what fixed locally is, but it seems like this issue is still present.
When either the ability is ready or on cooldown, Shoulder Charge plays Siphon Life's voiceline and vice versa. However, if the ability is almost ready, it plays the correct voiceline for each ability respectively.

Oh, for clarity it means that there is a fix ready on the internal build of the game but hasn't been pushed out to public yet
