After the latest patch I played a game in the short time the matchmaking window was open and we won, after loading back to the main menu it said I could rejoin the game I “abandoned” (I did not.) and was back in the enemy base were all entities were standing still yet I was able to walk around and shoot em, which also affected my score upwards. When I wanted to leave it said “leave spectating”. I don’t have footage but I described it the best I could.
