Ability/Thrown item Discrepancy

I've noticed that when a hero uses an ability that is a projectile, the visual of the attack is slower than the actual attack. Example being Vindicta throws a stake, the stake AOE happens, and then a second or so later the projectile visually lands. Happens with most hero's right now.
