I will use Mcguinness as an example. We will get rid of the wall and rotate her turrets healing and rockets since she can't have 5 abilities.
Ability 3.
Rotate your other 3 abilities to the right. Your ult becomes your 1 and has charges. Your 1 becomes your 2 and does not have charges. Your 2 becomes your ult. They keep the current cooldown of the slot.
There would then be 3 versions of every ability.
Your turrets would be like they are for the 1. If you rotate them to the 2 it places a larger turret with probably another quality like a close range flamethrower.
If you rotate them to your ult it places like 5 turrets at once.
Your healing would be like it is for the 2 and apply more buffs and be much larger for the ult. For the 1 it would be weaker and have charges.
Your rockets would be like 2 second bursts for charges in the 1 and a 5 second stream for the 2.
