Before entering queue, When you select a character on the create your roster screen and you hover over their abilities to see what they do, A Purple Square flashes then turns black and stays that way, around the border of the ability
Expected behavior: When hovering over an ability the white turns purple and the icon for the ability gets bigger
Actual behavior: the ability icon has a purple square Flash from behind. then turns purple and remains there until the mouse leaves the area.
this dose not always happen but can be done many times fast.
