This isn't a full hero concept, just an ability idea.
What about an ability that launches a Cluster bomb? It could be an ult, or possibly a charged ability that, when you throw the grenade, uses all charges to drop multiple explosions in an area.
We have so many different grenades, but we don't have the one thing that would make them extra great; grenades IN your grenade!
