Ability 1 stops working after death. 100% reproducible, Dynamo and Paige

Anyone else experience this? This has been happening since last 3-4 days. Not sure if any other heroes have this bug. But it happens every single time I die.

You can see ability key being pressed in video but not casting

I've had Doorman's ability 4 stop working. Not sure why. Couldn't make any plays for the rest of the match.

(We lost btw)
