Ive had this idea for a little bit, I havent been able to Flesh it out really, So ive decided to stop hanging onto it and get other people's ideas on it.

The character themselves revolve's around having a passive that builds up steam.

1st Ability: Steam Charges
Blow out bursts of steam that slightly knockback enemies and do a minor amount of spirit damage. It spends your steam bar to use the charges rather than having a cooldown.
Tier 1: +1 Charge
Tier 2: Better steam Efficiency (meaning you expend less steam to use the charges)
Tier 3: Better spirit scaling and higher knockback.

2nd Ability: Steam Rush (30 sec Cooldown)
Dash forward and knock down those in your path, duration and speed determined by how much steam stored, can be canceled early to avoid spending too much steam.
Tier 1: -15 cooldown
Tier 2: Better Steam Efficiency (Use less steam while charging)
Tier 3: Now also increase damage on based on how much steam you have (and yes if you rush for longer, you will have lower damage when you eventually hit your enemy.)

3rd Ability (passive/active): Steam (20 Cooldown)
Grants a bar of steam (kind of like Shiv's rage) that builds up overtime while not using steam abilities. Grants slight passive bullet spirit damage and increases bullet velocity by a percentage. Active consumes all steam and gives a massive speed buff that lasts for a duration determined by how much steam was built up. (And yes.. it does make a steam whistle noise when used.)
Tier 1: -10 cooldown
Tier 2: Increase steam scaling (passive) and speed (active) buff
Tier 3: Increase Steam Buildup and grant slight Bullet evasion when activating the ability.

Ult?? No clue, really cant figure it out, open to ideas.
