vindicta is a solid gunwitch design and i love her, but what if we had a second witch with a hat that was more spirit/magic focused? General theme is being a bit tanky and resistant to debuff-heavy teams.

gun: wand shotgun. BLAM. moderate rate of fire. Ammo should scale with spirit power - think of it like a drum combat shotgun? but a wand.
  1. active buff
    • imbues wand shots for short period of time. bonus spirit damage and a soft debuff (decreases outgoing damage? mild DoT?)
  2. shadow step (return to shadow now)
    • prepare a rune (lasts 15s?), re-cast to return to rune once. requires short channel. small aoe damage/**debuff** cleanse upon use.
    • upgrade: cleansed debuffs are 'thrown back' at enemies when returning.
  3. binding hex/rune (defensive ward)
    • invisible to enemies, short cast distance (unlike GT), maybe silences/burns? minor cast time so it can't be done in the middle of combat/short charge-up time after placing
  4. shadow dome
    • like a kelvin ball, except friendlies can get/shoot inward. silences and severely slows enemies inside, sorta like a Mars ult I guess.

and to sidestep the issue of how witches should have big hats but then that leads to a confusing head hitbox, there's i think two options:
- spectral hat (transparent/shimmering)
- give the hat a non-head hitbox and consider it head armor, basically. gives a mild advantage vs airborn characters / helps counter height differentials in encounters.
