Ok, I'm not sure if Valve is OK with us creating Lore for existing characters, but I thought it'd be an interesting idea to make some characters related to each other. Also, I'm bad at drawing, but I wanted to show how I think this character can look
Hero name: Crazy Joe
Description: Adapts his combat style on the fly
Crazy Joe can adapt to different combat scenarios by switching between his pulse rifle and shotgun, while also utilizing his gadgets to distract enemies.
A Fate's Tale:
Joe McGinnis was always a genius inventor, known for his unorthodox and unconventional methods. Despite his brilliance, he never gained any support or recognition from the scientific community. Joe didn't mind the lack of recognition, as he pursued his inventions not for fame but for the sheer joy of creation. His workshop was a chaotic haven of innovation, filled with makeshift gadgets and experimental devices.
Joe's granddaughter, Maggie McGinnis, was his constant companion. Despite his eccentric nature, she adored him and spent countless hours watching him work and helping out in the workshop. Joe's inventions were often unpredictable, but Maggie loved the excitement and unpredictability of his creations.
One day, an accident in the workshop resulted in a massive explosion, leaving Joe severely injured. Refusing to give up, he used his own inventions to heal himself and enhance his abilities. Now, as Crazy Joe McGinnis, he fights on the battlefield with his improvised weapons and gadgets, determined to prove that his unorthodox methods have value. Though he appears mad to others, Maggie knows the brilliance behind the madness and continues to support him in his endeavors.
Appearance: An old crazy man with white hear and scraggly beard. He has a robot arm, leg and robotic heart. There's nothing wrong with his heart, he just replaced his old one just because he can. He carries both of his weapons and traps on him.

Skill 1: Weapon Switch
Description: Switches between a pulse rifle and a shotgun. Each weapon gives different benefits.
Cooldown - 10s
Switch time - 1s
Pulse Rifle:
- Additional Health: +100 HP
- Health Regen: +2 HP/s
Shotgun:
- Additional speed: +2 m/s
- Stamina increase: +1
- -50% damage per bullet
- -75% ammo
- +5 bullets per shot
Upgrades:
- -2s Cooldown reduction
- Switching weapons gives a 100 HP shield that either lasts for 2s
- Switching to Rifle gives +250 HP and +2 HP/s. Switching to Shotgun gives +3 m/s and +1 stamina

Description: Deploys a trap that immobilizes enemies and forces them to shoot automatically. Trap can be destroyed by enemies, giving them a choice of staying immobile and shoot back, or shooting at a trap, while exposing themselves to enemy fire.

Trap Health: 150
Spirit DPS: 20
Cooldown: 35s
Upgrades:
- -15s Cooldown reduction
- Trap health increases by 250
- Trap explodes upon destruction, dealing 100 spirit damage to enemies caught in it
Skill 3: Robo-Swarm
Description: Crazy Joe throws a bunch of small drones in front of him. Upon hitting an enemy Hero, they attach to the Hero and deal a damage over time. Ally of the affected enemy Hero can shoot down these drones. If not removed, they deal a small AOE damage, after duration ends.
DPS: 5 per drone
AOE Damage: 20 per drone
Duration: 8s
Cooldown: 40s
Number of drones: 5
Upgrades:
- Throws 2 more drones
- -15s Cooldown
- After explosion, Hero is stunned. The stun duration corresponds the number of drones that have exploded on Hero. 0.5s per drone

Description: After a short channeling time, Crazy Joe starts to dual wield both of his weapons, gaining benefits from both and additional bonuses. Weapons do not consume ammo while Overdrive is active
