I have a few heroes Idea listed below (giving links to what kind of image for the heroes as I am not a designer).

Disabler/Tanky/Carry
Weapon ; Bergman MP 18
1st abilities : Give an ink shot/spray to enemy causing poison
2nd abilities : Make a bubble shield for own self or ally
3rd abilities : Ink shot leaves oil trail from enemy for a few second (passive)
4th abilites : Make ground oily applies numb to targeted area

(II) Rayne (https://openart.ai/community/VQSNTpDg11L4o0k1o7Wv) - Women with umbrella looks like The Handler in Umbrella Academy
Initiator/Carry/Nuker
Weapon ; Umbrella with British Enfield/US Springfield Rifle
1st abilities : Shot a shrapnel that shower target location
2nd abilities : Throw a concussive grenade that knockback enemy
3rd abilities : Umbrella glide (passive)
4th abilites : Shoot a blast through walls from anywhere

(III) Wolfe (https://www.deviantart.com/bigcat27/art/Film-noir-wolf-detective-1009721862) Fox/Raccoon likes heroes.

Weapon ; Mauser C96
1st abilities : throw a smoke bomb and apples haste to target area
2nd abilities : turn enemy into a chicken for a short duration of time
3rd abilities :Silence a targeted enemy
4th abilities : calls an air strike from anywhere to targeted area
