A Celeste Ultimate Change

Right now a lot of games end in Celeste Ult destroying late game team fights with mystic reverb, escalating exposure, lightning scroll, greater expansion, and any other big spirit buffs. A possible solution to this would be to change the way her Ult works so that it only bounces off of a person if/when they shoot or use an ability.

This still makes it an effective ultimate and leads to the fight being impacted by effectively removing one player, but also adds a dynamic element where the skill shot of choosing the first target becomes "The most likely person to fire their gun/not notice" or "The person I most want to remove from the fight" instead of "Just hit someone and then the enemy team dies"

Keep the bounce range as is, and if it cannot bounce maybe have the effect end early if they have properly moved away from their teammates before firing or activating an ability.

A change that can also be made to make this more of an impact is add a feature that scales the damage per bounce, and instead of a maximum number of bounces have it be a timer that makes it an optional silence and disarm that lasts x seconds (maybe 7s?). The damage per bounce should be low, something around 50-75 spirit damage.

Upgrades could change to be something like as follows:

Level 1: Duration +3 seconds
Level 2: Damage scales 2x per bounce (Double it and give it to the next person)
Level 3: Cooldown -40s
