Hi Deadlock devs, im typing thread bc to let you know that during a game on February 11, 2026, at 9:00 PM, the game disconnected me after about 2 minutes over and over even after i join back, and not only me, my teammate, and one player from the opposing team did have the same bug as well.
Normally, I'd get something like, "It's still an early version of the game and there might be bugs," but after trying to restart the game to try and repair it, I couldn't even get it back online. This small error left my team in a losing position. When I finally managed to get back into the game, I noticed I was in the "low priority queue." I've been leaving games that were too long and had to leave for various reasons, so it's not a major issue. However, I also noticed that I'd been banned from 6v6 and 4v4 games for 24 hours. My in-game nickname is Luxray.
I would be very happy if you could look into the last 10 min of the mach id of this mach demo of that game is: 57568821
i can even show the 24h ban if needed as a proof to this situation
i just want to play the game so i would be glad if i could get unban of (if you think i don't deserve it) at least 2h ban i did not have any good fun with my friend in a competitive game since a long time (even if game are hard)
