4 player crash in the middle of the game

In the match 25812267 we just experienced a crash where 4 players of the same team crashed at the same time at around 25min and 26 seconds in game

Happened at exactly the time of a seven ultimate.

I also crash when I look at the replay in game.
I also asked another person (premade mate) in the game to test with the replay he also crashed
