+ 250 Bonus Health
+ 5 Health Regen

After a 6/8 Second Cast time Revive Destroyed Towers/Walkers as a Shadow with only 1500/2000 hp respectively. These Towers wont benefit from the extra Resistance when there aren't any enemy Minions nearby.
2. Rally Banner (Active) 6200 cost Vitality Item
+ 350 Bonus Health
+ 2 m/s Sprint Speed
+ 15 Spirit Power

Place Down a Banner for 10 Seconds Wich Increases Weapon Damage by 13%, Spirit Power by 10, Fire Rate by 8% Bullet/Spirit Lifesteal by 8%, Spirit/Bullet Armor by 8%, resistance to healing reduction by 10%, Move Speed by 2 m/s, and heals 20 hp per second for all allies entering the radius. After Leaving the radius the buff will stay on the player for 4 seconds.
3. Nanomachines (Passive) 6200 cost Vitality Item
+ 10% CD reduction
+ 15% Ability duration
+ 10% Ability range
2 Seconds after you have healed yourself or an ally with Anything except Lifesteal (Healing Nova, Rescue Beam, Kelvin T2 Ice bomb) Nanomachines will Automatically Heal yourself or that ally for an additional 30% of the total healing done. if the healing is not instantaneous but over time like for Kelvins Ult, Rescue Beam or Viscous Cube it will work like a 2nd over time regen buff but with the same amount of healing done in the end as if it were instantaneous.
only works with 1 type of healing at a time so if you are healing with Kelvin's dome and use Healing Nova while you and or a teammate is being healed by Nanomachines caused by Kelvin's dome there wont be any extra Nanomachines from Healing Nova since you and or a teammate is already being healed by existing Nanomachines. This is per Player so Nanomachines will still appear for one teammate even if the other one is being healed by existing Nanomachines.

make Return fire be able to target allies
same for metal skin
