24 hour ban for an 8ish minute dc and joined back almost 10 minutes before the game was done

Was running with a duo and was given a 24 hour ban and low priority queue for getting dc'd ( RIP my Wi-Fi ) and still rejoined like 10 minutes before the game was over. This is my first warning so I'm not sure if the 24 hour ban was intentional? (Unsure if I did this forum thing right i'm kinda stupid lol)

I have 400 hours in the game and have DC'd more than once with an update or my power/internet going out for a minute etc. I purposefully left one match because something came up I had to take care of thinking I would get a 30min ban or something. Nope I was banned for 24 hours. I have sunk a lot of time into this game and love it just to not be able to play now. They need to make a way to appeal bans and a way to differentiate between intentional and unintentional leaving.
