10-24 patch: Fly Down doesn't allow downward dashing when bound to the same key as Crouch

When in the air, double-tapping Crouch does a downward dash using a stamina bar, However, if Fly Down is bound to the same key as Crouch, double-tapping will not activate the downward dash while flying. They must now be bound to different keys to get both functionalities.
