So basically at the moment if you make a build and then update it a few times it'll quickly climb to the top no matter if people are using it or not it seems. Also if it goes down from first if you update it once, literally you can just change a word in an annotation it'll go back to first.
I'm sure updating how that works is a part of the build browser polish later down the road but just thought I'd report it in any case.
Reason this is a problem is that it could easily lead to abusive behavior by bad actors.
