I've come across this personally. Which API do you use? DX11 or VULKAN? If you encounter artifacts on one of the APIs, try using another one.

You can try to install VULKAN and try to play on it. You can do this by writing: -vulkan in the startup parameters. I also want to say that this is not a panacea and you may need a completely different intervention and setup of the entire PC as a whole.

Also, the game is still in development and it may be a common bug that is solved by re-entry. Fortunately, we have a chance to return to battle.
