celeste shouldn't be an M1 hero.

But she is, her 1 is m1 tool, her shield support m1 playstyle and her 3 is actually m1 buff tool, not self-sufficient aoe burst like geist or dynamo have due long cast time and not great damage, also her mobility for m1 close range usage.
Every top player and just good player play her via m1 mostly. She not character like Paige.
If she will be based on 3, she become one of annoying aoe spam characters.

that's why I said "shouldn't", instead of "isn't".
