People complain about the lack of “big” updates, what was 2 weeks ago is considered a small update. Just some people don't understand the words closed alpha test and wait for updates every week (By the way the big update was with 4 new characters that came out in January, but some people don't consider it an update)

These characters were already in Hero Labs and had been in the game even earlier; they just had one of their abilities tweaked and then released, which led to imbalance in the game.
Previously, major patches were released once every two weeks. Starting from January 1, they abandoned that schedule, and now there are no more major patches.
