This appears to be the case, Yamatos power slash was doing ~400+ damage, and not triggering spirit burn, likely due to this

Not sure if it's a visual or actual bug, but doing more than 400 damage to other players, and sometimes creeps does not trigger spirit burn (it's not on cooldown), I'm seeing some other people saying that tankbuster damage does not contribute to spirit burn buildup, so it's possible it's that...

And this fixed it as well
