3 would be fun if it was charge movement that locks on to enemy heroes and using it during 2 caused you to have greater control over it, like a remote control homing missile
rework idea
1 - link to ally and take damage for them while slowing enemies near them, reactivate to dash to them and leave spirit damage trail behind.
2 - drain health from enemies and allies nearby to summon a bone spear. deals spirit damage based on a multiplier of total health drained.

a gun that starts as a continuous beam with no bullet travel velocity, but bullet velocity and base fire rate slows the longer your fire your weapon.
