Abrams charge bugs the doorway if he charges through it. the bug shows up differently depending on if the charge is from an enemy or ally Abrams.

Using bolt while assistant is out and moving camera too fast can cause the bolts to be sent in different directions

Chapel in Park ave is accessible when it seems its not meant to be, also can sit on top of roof and attack guardian for free while taking no damage due to collision being weird. Firehouse in York street is also the same but cant seem to bug out the guardian and hit for free.

Paradoxes pulse bomb plants itself on the ground if you are looking straight up. see attached clip
