Running on medium settings with 4070 ti super windows 11, latest driver, i7-10700kf game doesn't go higher than 120 fps most of the time vsync and stuff is disabled both are 40-50% usage

After 10-24-2024 patch alt cast doesn't work with grey talon's rain of arrows I bound it on mouse3, which worked before the patch
