Just 3–4 days ago, I was able to use the third skill on allied heroes to pull them in, but for the past two days it hasn’t worked no matter how many times I try. If this was changed in a patch, please update the tooltip along with the patch notes.

After using the split bullet item, once you enter a certain range, the penetrating bullets will deal damage. Since I was alone, I couldn't do additional testing, but I remember seeing on a streamer’s broadcast that the split bullets from the Gun Build page hit the inside of Kelvin’s ultimate.
