    Just tested in the sandbox and can confirm that Decay is not being amplified through Barrage damage amp stacks. Tested - Dummy vs Hero - Base Barrage vs Upgraded Barrage - Barraging separate targets then decaying another - Barraging before / during Decay application. Damage remains the same

    Out of bounds areas are certainly a problem, but you should be able to access the rooftops with the lightning rods. They really don't do too much damage overall. Maybe a good idea to have them ping at the Tombstones health as well so it cant survive there for long.

    This seems intentional, that buildup is affected by range falloff as well. This means that it'll be easier to apply at longer ranges than if it was simply 25%, which would be increased to 5 or 6 shots at the same range to proc.

    It's a new mechanic, you can see the bomb drops to the ground when it's cleansed off. You can use that time to move away from it before it blows up.
