I know it may not come across very well on the video but I'm furiously clicking the prompt to remove, this fixes itself after a respawn.

Issue persists even after the pause and it takes an attack or ability to wrangle the camera back

Bought another item while dead worth the same as the next item (3200) and the prompt for said next item in the auto buy appears blue even though I no longer have enough to buy it, fixed itself after I respawned.

Souls appear even though the prop was used and was supposed to disappear.

Sometimes containers will maintain the visual indicator for the small buffs even after they are taken, this persists even when new containers respawn with new buffs.
