When using Vampiric Burst while the Kinetic Dash buff is active gives extra ammo when having other items that give +% ammo. Testing on calico with Kinetic Dash + Vampiric Burst + Titanic magazine when dashing ammo goes from 23/23 to 31/38 then using Vampiric Burst gives 29 ammo rather than 23
