Fix Snowball No Regs

sometimes the items just wont imbue. Happened with echo shard and QSR multiple times

When Tankbuster procs the damage doesn't feed into the reverb proc. I'm unsure how long this has been in the game. Or whether it is intended or not. If it isn't intended its quite a large nerf to the interaction

Then i think that i'll wait to do my abandon. I'd like to find a fix that doesn't result in players matches being retroactively decided due to a bug.

After game i have a perpetual Rejoin screen. Clicking it just attempts to join a game that doesnt exist then i get the "Disconnected from Server" screen. Cant join hero sandbox and leave that, because i get the "abandon game leaver penalty" screen. And dont wana get penalized for leaving...
