I found a solution that fixed it for me! I was using Vulcan, and when I switched to DirectX, it resolved the issue

I've been having the exact same issue. The only difference is that I tried reinstalling the game, and it worked for a few hours yesterday. It didn't last long though, so idk what happened there, tried to do that again, and this time it didn't fix it. also, idk if this is just a coincidence, but...
