I've discovered my issue, I had my memories clock set to the default values: 1000x MHz, which dropped my performance, and I set to 3000mhz which stopped the issue. sorry for my dumbness

Yeah, nothing works... game is super laggy

I've been struggling with my Ryzen 7 5700x, RTX 4060ti, 32gb 3000 Mhz Corsair Vengeance. Running with this config (ive been using for ages before the update and I used to have constant 165FPS. Now I get huge lag spikes in team fights that became unplayable
