I get this bug sometimes as well.

I see one of the minor patches fixed this, but Lightning Scroll still has the old "-30% Move Speed on Spirit Damage" wording. @GregC Edit: So do Slowing Bullets, Slowing Hex, Point Blank, Sharpshooter(?), Lifestrike, Capacitor, Cheat Death(?), Colossus, Phantom Strike and Vortex Web.

"Besides, the Spirit Burn item does not work from Tankbuster" This used to work earlier today, I think one of the hotfixes changed the behaviour, I don't know if it was intentional or its another bug.

Tankbuser doesn't seem to trigger even partially/at a reduced effect if you don't wait the full time. Either way this is a terrible mechanic. I would rather just have a longer CD if they want to limit how often it can proc, but sitting on your ass waiting and doing nothing in a fight is just...

On the item icons, "Active" is in between the picture itself and the item name, and the background for the text is not touching the card edges. "Imbue" is entirely in the picture side of the card, taking away from the art (very noticeable in Mystic Reverb), and has a full background that touches...
