Not what I was expecting when reading the title

Shrunken Head thinking of it being a t3/t4 spell that is targetable onto an enemy. When casted it will shrink the selected enemy hero, the affected hero will lose spirit power and receive bonus headshot damage. Or instead of bonus headshot damage it just reduces accuracy?
