nvm i just scrolled down and saw someone else is having the same issue and i have ran as administrator and the issue is fixed.

Tiny 0.01 second stutter when clicking/holding mouse when shooting. Also happens when I am using keyboard to just walk around never noticed it happening before and is pretty annoying when in fights. I can look around with mouse without touching keyboard and without clicking mouse and the...
