Same with me. Ive tried the ram reseating... ive tried the XMP stuff... Its random. The crash isnt even the part that pisses me off... its the fact that the game gets stuck at 0% while verifying until i get an abandon. No other game has ever done this. Ever.

There are patches where this doesnt happen. It didnt happen for 6 months before the summer hero patch. Ive disabled xmp/and fixed my clock. The crash isnt the debilitating thing. Its the fact that the game WILL NOT VERIFY after the crash. it gets stuck on 0% until i get an abandon. Its...

just happened for the 10th time since i posted this. Losing games because of this. Getting queue banned because of this. Not really sure what to do. I just want to play the game. Crash wouldnt be an issue if it didnt freeze the verification. It literally gets stuck on 0. Ive never seen this...

Bumping this. This issue has plagued me forever. I don't want to play and get banned because the game is broken. My internet/computer are fine -- vpk crash is getting players lowprio/banned for no reason. The most frustrating part is how the verification will hang at 0% and not move for 5-10...

Randomly crash while playing (about once a session) with the following message. Game will NOT verify imediately even after restart / steam relaunch. Download stuck at 0% for 10+ minutes. Has happened more than once. If you need more info please let me know.

Bumping this thread. This happened to me 3 patches ago, went away for a few patches, and is now back as of the latest patch. Seemingly randomly the game will crash, force me to verify, and then get stuck at 0% while verifying. Usually takes between 5-10 minutes for it to randomly start...
