Since the last major patch of six brand new heroes. The matches that I've played in suffered from sudden ping/packet spikes. These jitters have been more frequent and makes it harder to enjoy the game. Especially when nearing combats and sometimes out-of-combat too.

28328987: I've been encountering a lot of these "bot account" much like the ones in TF2 in asia server. From the time of 12AM to 6AM. Making these game not very fun. Usually they don't do anything and really affect the match experience.
