do a clean reinstall of OS.
then upgrade GPU software to the latest stable one
then lower all your settings to low/medium
then check your temp when playing
If all 4 doesnt work, then you have a hardware issue
My 2 cent advice is this. If you did encounter him again, Steam has a built in recording that can game capture games for up to 2hr to unlimited. Despite the match being abandon, at least you got solid proof that he is doing it though dont have high expectation though
If you get comm ban, thats on you. You could have mute ppl or dont say anything but the fact that "a few ppl" decide to take the time to go into the report and click "voice/text" report to you means you said something toxic or bad
